Individual and/or group counseling relating to topics such as drugs and alcohol, physical and sexual abuse, suicide, grief and loss, sexuality, school, family, and general mental health.

Educational workshops to promote a healthy & safe lifestyle and gain knowledge in topics such as nutrition, drug and alcohol abuse prevention, violence prevention, etc.
Essential Pantry

Access to free essential items including menstrual products, toiletries, snack foods, and basic clothing items such as socks, underwear, t-shirts. Open during passing periods only.
